Restaurant closed for dinner This is very inconvenient when you arrive after a tiring journey. Just told we could drive to Weymouth or another small village along the coast where a pub might be open. Or order a take away! Breakfast declined as we were told it was just pastries as the restaurant was also closed for breakfasts. Room dirty and poorly maintained. Glad to leave and never return.

Breakfast was very good - freshly made. We loved our sea views from the rooms. The property was very quiet and relaxing. Charming and very friendly staff. The location is very good, close to the beach and with plenty of outdoor space to sit and relax with a drink or refreshmentsfrom the bar. We hope we'll visit again.

goede uitvalsbasis voor trips in de regio. Zeer vriendelijk personeel hoewel tijdens ons verblijf de bar / restaurant onderbemand was (1 man die alles in zijn eentje moest doen)

Greeted by friendly receptionist on arrival who showed us to our large, airy sea view room. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Dinner in the evening was freshly cooked and served in the dining room. Plenty of choices for breakfast and this was cooked to order. I am coeliac, so gluten free options were available.

Lovely staff, fantastic location and clean room with all necessary amenities. It’s an old building in a coastal location so there was a breeze coming through the room (we had a top floor sea view room), but that said it was warm and comfortable and the view more than made up for it. Would definitely return.
