「The hotel décor is good, very clean and comfortable. Staffs are excellent, friendly and patient. Breakfast is good. Hotel is next to St Lazard station, convenience to take train and metro. Unfortunately the shower room has no curtain, after shower, especially washing hair, toilet is all wet. If this is not improved, I don't think I will stay again as shower is very important after a long day without taking care of watering on the floor.」

「The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool was a welcome facility in the 38° heat and was well maintained and clean. A continental breakfast was available for an additional fee (10€ adults 5€ kids). The hotel was a short walk from the old town of Bergerac so well situated for shopping, eating out and sightseeing. There was secure parking available for a fee but there was also plenty of free parking in a public car park next door. Would...

「Set in a good position. Air con in bed rooms but not in dining room/ tv area. Swimming pool a welcome addition with free towels although shut at 8.30pm. Excellent breakfast spread. Difficult to get served from bar in the evening.」

「Staff is not friendly or sympathetic towards young kids. Breakfast with flys all over cured meat and cheese - overpriced and unsanitary. Don’t eat here. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and we left after 1 VERY hot miserable night. It was so hot my kids couldn’t sleep and were dehydrated the whole night. Our smallest child was almost to the point of heat stroke. We just wanted to leave as fast as we could and have some sleep somewhere else even though we already paid for 2 nights to tell you...
