“This was a perfect location and property for us to be with family over the holidays. The community is near Smithville for a nice shopping experience and is located in a quiet section of town. We are very appreciative of how clean and spacious the home was and accommodations were very comfortable. ”

“Great location, short distance from parkway, we golfed at multiple local courses less than 20 Min away, easy commute to Atlantic City. Clean house, very chilly central Air condition, comfy beds, great location for dog walking, our pups loved the trail out past beach. Quiet neighbors. Very clean inside only gave it a 4 star for cleanliness since outside had cigarette butts and burned cans in/around fire pit (we did not use it) but overall great experience, we would go back! ”

“Great load/unload option ( 15 min parking outside building) for check in & out. Lovely breeze thru open windows in condo with view to beach and bay. Distance to beach/boards was great. Option for elevator or stairs. Happy with access ( keyless), new to us cleaning fee - still competitive pricing for rental. Nice chance to experience The Hanscom Condos with custom interior paintings! Great host and property experience.”

“The apartment location is great. The beach is really not far and there is a grocery and dollar store just beside. It is on a busy street but that was not a problem. We enjoyed the apartment, it was nice and clean. The host was very responsive and professional. We did face a few annoyances though. The main one was the lack of room and chairs at the dining table. Also, the smoke detectors are really sensible and loud. It made me fear cooking anything or even using the toaster. The last thing is……

“The listing does not state that the unit is part of a house. This should be made clear.The neighborhood is quiet and is in a very convenient location. The unit looks lovely and everything seems new. The decor is very nice and the furniture is comfortable. There are a few things needed which would make the stay much better:There is a microwave and mini fridge in each bedroom; but this doesn't seem necessary since kitchen is only a few steps away. “Great location, very clean. Was hard to find correct directions on Google maps but waze got us there. Parking spot was a plus but cement in lot very bumpy and high curb to get out. 3 flights of stairs a challenge but we did it. We had everything we needed for a great stay.”
