「We really enjoyed our stay at Justin's VRBO property. The house was exactly as advertised and so clean with every detailed thought of to enhance our stay. If you're looking for a spot in the Grand Rapids/Holland, MI area, consider renting with Justin. As a host Justin was very responsive.」

「Our dog and grandkids loved the backyard. We had scooters and played wiffle ball. The house is perfect for 3 generations. We didn't want to leave.」

「We loved our stay here! We loved the decor with the retro style and we had anything we needed within the unit. Highly recommend!!」

「Always love staying at any of the places operated by LiveSuites. Always spotless!」

「The place was in a nice location with beautiful view of the lake and the deck was spectacular. The frig was large which was great and nice and clean. The place was spacious for the common areas while the bedrooms were setup to make it difficult for one person to get in and out of bed easily and no stands for suitcases so they were on the floor. The yard was really private which was nice. It was chilly for the weekend and there were no extra blankets available. When we arrived the kitchen...

「The home was top notch. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I gave it 4 stars because of a few small things. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.」

「Very nice condo. Met our expectations. I would recommend staying at this location. 20 minutes from all Down Town Grand Rapids attractions.」

「This house and property are beautiful!! The beds were quite comfortable and the showers are fabulous!! There is definitely enough space in this house to have a very large family get together. My only complaint, and it’s not a big one, is that the furniture ie; couches, chairs both living room and the metal chairs are not comfortable at all. Overall though, myself and my family were extremely happy with our stay. The very open communication with the owners was a huge plus!」

「Great place too stay right down road to the wedding we attended, very clean would stay again.」

「The host was great, however it was not very clean upon arrival, we did however get a 50 refund from the host due to these conditions. My 3 yr old kids loved the place, playground, and other kids! It was exactly as advertised, the outdoor kitchen was amazing. Would definitely be happy to be back」

「We stayed in a different condo last year so that is why we rebooked. Had a great experience. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.」

「The house was great and had a variety of activities to keep my teens busy. We did have to rewash the sheets but that was it. The hosts were very responsive to any issue we had. There was a nice bird nest in the backyard we enjoyed watching. The Mother bird was nesting on some eggs.」

「Great host with quick responses. The historic house is so beautiful and quaint. We loved staying here and will be back」

「overall it's a nice place. Pool was quite cold. I would suggest to the host that he replace the kitchen trash can...it's a bad set up....also one more large green trash can would be good....not enough room in one when you have 9 people in a home. We overflowed it and then had a fly problem...ugh! putting it out to the road for pickup was a mess too. I also would like to suggest to the host maybe considering new mattresses....all in all it was a good place for the money.」

「Thank you -- Andrea was very helpful! She deserves a raise! Very kind and hospitable!」

「Property was clean, and conveniently located to Grand Rapids without having to stay in the city. Grocery store nearby made it easy to pick up quick breakfast items, and forgotten essentials if needed. All communications with the host were answered promptly. Great stay!」

「Cute little place quiet and amazing decor」

「Great place to stay with easy access to major roadways. The house was very clean and fit our small family gathering well. The arcade was out of order which was disappointing, but there were enough other options to keep the kids happy. Everything else was as advertised. Be aware that there is no dishwasher, so plan to do all the dishes or use as many paper plates as possible. The only real issue we had was that the AC could not keep up with the daily 90 degree heat and afternoon sun shinning on the...
