「This was an interesting hotel experience and hard to rate. The room itself was fantastic, probably one of the best we stayed in on our family Europe trip - it was a good size, modern, clean, had a kitchen, and laundry available. Checking in digitally was super easy and there was luggage storage in a secure room after check out. However, there are no staff anywhere to speak of....like no hotel humans AT ALL. 「Chdck in took nearly 1 hour becuase staff couldn't find the booking. Dirty room. Stains on the towels and toilet. Leaky shower head, no basic amenities like kettle, tea/coffee. Unthinkable for a "4 star" hotel. This hotel is more like a 2 star. Only positive was the location.」

「The location is perfect!! 5mins walk to BHF, a supermarket downstairs and plenty of restaurants and cafes within a 2mins walk. The staff are all friendly. The modern interior design is stunning! It was a pleasant experience staying in a clean and quiet room for 5 nights.」

「We stayed in the Music Room, it was really interesting with more details than we expected, even though some things were a little broken or worn (it seems like it would be hard to maintain a room like that). The room was incredibly hot (26.5c) and there seemed to be no way to cool it, even with the balcony door wide open all evening and night on a cool day (<20c). 「Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht angemessen. Der Preis für das Frühstück ist eindeutig zu hoch. Obwohl die Brötchen angeblich frisch vom Bäcker sein sollten, waren sie sehr pappig und zäh. Die Auswahl hielt sich in Grenzen und war aus meiner Sicht qualitativ minderwertig. Leider keine Auslastungsanzeige der Parkplätze. Ab einer gewissen Fahrzeuggröße bei fast Vollauslastung des Parkplatzes ist das rangieren etwas schwierig.」
