“This is a pretty, well-located, well set-up property close to the tourist areas and to restaurants and bars. The room was thoughtfully prepared and the beds were comfortable. The windows and balconies are very nice and the rooftop patio is great. There are lots of well-located electrical outlets. The location of the laundry wasn’t clear so note that it is accessible from the rooftop patio. We didn’t find it until after we had already used a laundromat in the neighborhood. Be careful on the……

“The location of the apartment was better than ideal, everything was with in a short walk. Numerous restaurants, shops, markets within walking distance in the old town. The apartment was spotless,arble floors which are very cooling after a day walking. Fully loaded kitchen, washing machine easy to work, lots of hot water. The terrace was a bonus. Would highly recommend staying in this apartment.”

“The property is located in a lovely part of town, and the apartment itself is quite spacious. However, our experience was heavily impacted by terrible maintenance and slow management response times. For three days—roughly 75% of our stay—the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Despite our urgent requests for a quick resolution, the property managers took forever to respond, leaving us essentially without a usable bathroom sink. “Very cute apartment in the historic and charming Santa Cruz neighborhood. Air conditioning worked very well in the heat (temps around 40C while we were there). Apt had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. Expedia incorrectly stated it was 2BR but it is a 1BR with a sofa pullout in a nice LR. The Genteel website correctly shows it as a 1BR. “It was right at the heart of all the cute shops, desserts and restaurants. We were also able to put our luggage inside the property safely in a locker before and after check out, so we didn’t need to worry about booking lockers outside. The staff was also really kind and responsive in answering our questions. The place was safe & the amenities were amazing with the AC, TV, kitchen, in unit washing machine, and the outdoor rooftop pool. I would definitely recommend anyone to have you stay……
