"Needed handicap room. Understood was not a gaurantee; however, made me feel like my fault. We were such an inconvenience to them. Put us on 3rd floor with wheelchair. If there was an emergency no way would of been able to get to ground floor. Had to repeatedly ask them to move cart to get to restroom ..."

"The room was very warn down. The wallpaper was peeling, the bathroom was dirty, the furniture was old and dirty, and the bed was hard as a rock. The parking was shady. We had to park in an area that had very poor lighting."
