Ok for a Stay - No high expectations

Rooms are quite okay. Bett size is good and blankets are clean and warm. Bathroom was not very clear and smelled bad. Hair dryer missing. Breakfast is good enough.

Small room, very very basic and not very clean unfortunately. Bed not comfortable or good quality. Breakfast was extremely poor to be honest. Not even a sign of a vegetable. Good free parking! The hotel has the potential to be very quiet but there was a car alarm going off several times during evening/night/morning from the surrounding car dealerships :( Won’t be coming back.

Ce serait formidable d'avoir une petite bouteille d'eau devant la cafetière et un petit réfrigérateur dans les chambres. Cependant, l'hôtel est superbe, très propre et accueillant.

Séjour bien peu reposant

A l'occasion de mon séjour du 12 au 15 mai 2024, un bruit parasite dont il m'a été expliqué qu'il tenait à un problème d'écoulement des canalisations était persistant, perturbant le sommeil toute la nuit. Le problème a été signalé dès mon arrivé et une autre chambre m'a été proposée où le bruit, quoiqu'un peu moins important était persistant. J'ai signalé cette difficulté et il m'a été répondu que le problème était connu et qu'une intervention était prévue, qui n'a été résolue qu'à ma troisième nuit. Malheureusement, au petit matin de cette troisième nuit, c'est l'alarme de l'hôtel qui a réveillé les hôtes dès 8 heures, étant précisé que mon audience de la veille s'était achevée peu avant 2 heures du matin. Bref, le séjour a été extrêmement difficile et les nuits n'ont pas été reposantes, étant précisé qu'à ces dates le prix moyen de la nuit était aux alentours de 130 €... Si les regrets du personnel m'ont été transmis, aucune compensation n'a été proposée. Bref, voici un séjour très décevant.
