Du très haut standing qui n'a rien à envier aux hôtels de luxe de l'occident. Les photos correspondent à la réalité. La présence des agents de sécurité à l'extérieur est rassurante. Une très bonne situation géographique, juste à côté de l'ambassade de France. Un accueil chaleureux, Du personnel respectueux, souriant et à disposition des clients. Des services de qualité, Une propreté irréprochable, Un confort haut de gamme, J'ai fait plusieurs hôtels 4* à travers le monde et le Platinum fait la différence avec son excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les produits locaux, frais et de saison. il ne serait pas hasardeux de penser que c'est le meilleur hôtel 4* de Douala en ce moment, pour un budget modéré. Nous y retournerons, avec pour objectif de prendre la suite. Nous l'avons visité, elle nous a fait rêver...
