「Large windows overlooked the beautiful and very close water view. Dock was in great condition. Kitchen was fully stocked, including coffee maker and Keurig. Beds were very comfortable.」

「Our experience was terrible. Our confirmation said we were getting a “cabin” (so I expected an cabin with a porch overlooking the lake) and we were shown to a dorm room with a dreary bed and bunk beds in a small room and bathrooms down the hall. When we asked for a cabin like our reservation said, we were shown to a “cottage” which was actually a duplex with dreary furniture in one room with a bathroom door that couldn’t close because it hit the toilet and was dirty and smelly. Needless to say,...

「It was a beautiful vacation home but was very dirty. The toilets were gross, the sheets had not been changed from the previous guests in the master (Gross!!!!!), floors were dirty, kitchen & sinks not clean & the previous guest’s dishes were still in the dishwasher! It was obvious the house hadn’t been cleaned between previous guests and our stay. A grill was listed on the property amenities but was an antique and DEFINITELY not in working order. We were told there was a grill on order but I...

「Great place for our family to celebrate Opa’s 80th birthday. The teens and adults loved the Lily pad and the paddle boards. The dock was spacious and we spent much of our time in the water. The beautiful accommodations exceeded our expectations. The fire pit with large patio overlooked beautiful Lake Carlos. The great room was spacious and allowed us to visit, play games and relax. We will definitely stay again.」

「Cutest little cabin ever. You step out the door onto a patio and then into the lake. Amenities that are provided our excellent. Communication with host was also excellent. Will definitely go back!」

「Overall, the cabin was very cozy with excellent views of lake Osakis. Shad and Janet are amazing hosts and we will not hesitate to book again!」

「Place was clean and accurate description to listing. Area was quiet; close to both Clitherall and Battle Lake. Communication was great with host. 10/10 will be staying here again!」

「We had an amazing stay. The property and cabin were all very clean and comfortable. Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.」

「Beautiful log cabin with modern amenities. It was a perfect for our family gathering. Property was very clean. Well stocked and provided plenty of towels/ linens. Pictures and descriptions accurately depict location. Host helpful and communicated in timely manor with any questions we had! Well hidden gem! Would definitely recommend and would return again!」

「We had a wonderful stay! Even better than expected! Comfortable accommodations, beautiful sunsets, and relaxation! Just what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary weekend. Enjoyed the canoe and kayaks on the lake! Check-in/checkout was simple, home was very neat and clean. We hope to come back!」

「Nice location on a great lake. Fishing was great, water sports and swimming were great!」

「Overall, this was an okay spot for a quick getaway, but there are some things future guests should know.Inside was clean and presentable, and the cabin worked fine for our family. Our 10- and 7-year-old slept on the pullout while we used the bedroom. Grocery storage is very limited and there is no regular oven. There is a pizza oven, but oddly, no pizza cutter.Communication with the hosts was disappointing. When we reached out with questions, we were told they were also “on vacation.” Once we...

「Perfect getaway. Shaded yard with plenty of room to enjoy outside. Plenty of hot water and we loved the direct water access.」

「all very good not very good for old people could use railings on the stairs going upstairs one down to the beach was like you got your bill going I understand rustic but you’re not charging for rustic so if you’re on me, honest it was overpriced wash class would’ve been nice too」

「Our family of five loved our stay at this home. Beautiful location on the lake, clean and modern accommodations; it had everything we needed.」

「Great locator! Nice property and host.」

「Great trip! Cabin was fantastic! Very clean and great spaces. Multiple AC units kept us very comfortable. Lake was very clear for swimming and lake activities! The lake view from the deck was gorgeous! Athena’s communication was great! We would highly recommend this place!」
