“We stayed five nights for a family reunion, 12 adults and four little kids. The house and property were super clean. We loved the beach, pool, sunsets. Any question or concern we had was addressed quickly by Andrea. It was fun watching boats go in and out of the channel. The two houses (main and guest) provide lots of space for people to relax on their own or to mingle whole group. The property is a short drive to downtown Saugatuck. Great location! We hope to return to this special house!”

“We traveled 13 hours straight and stayed in this home on our way up to the U.P. from Kansas. We got in late and were so tired. The house was perfect. So cozy and clean, the most comfortable bed we have ever had outside of our own. We were very thankful for this place and the owner was amazing! Highly recommend, I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the bikes, hot tub and beautiful backyard with a fire pit. If we are ever in the area again we would love to stay again. ”

“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people……

“This home has everything you are looking for in a rental- we rented it for the large enclosed yard for our two dogs, privacy (lots of room between this home and the neighbors), within minutes of the beach (2 min walk and a tram ride down!), and the open floor plan.
