「Paul and Carolyn were by far the best hosts I have had, the property was exceptional. It was clean and exactly what the listing said! If we needed anything, Paul was over within minutes and made sure we were comfortable and had whatever we needed! We even ended up staying an extra night cause we loved it! 「The temperature in the house upon arrival was 14 C. We had to turn the heat up and leave until it warmed up some. Clearly nobody had visited or cleaned the cottage in awhile. Both bathrooms were dirty, the bathtub had mouse poop in it. There was no water to flush the toilet or that came out of the taps in the bathroom with the tub.
