「Great location and amenities」

「Good」

「I would like to appreciate a lady, Miss Molly, she is so nice and always try to help me. If I go there next time, I will stay there again.」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「很好」

「Staff is really helpful, and the place is clean.」

「This place is beautiful and well maintained. Every detail is well thought out. We did not know it was ladies night and there was a big event, so the music and noise was but loud until 10pm. 10pm is the start of quiet hours and it absolutely got quiet right at 10pm. The food and drinks from the bar and restaurant were execellent as well as the staff. We will be back!」

「New but tough parking.」

「Remote parking is indeed a drawback.」

「I am getting use to having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash permanently in the shower at hotels. A bit disappointed it was not in there especially the body wash. Our room was on the side of the pool so no natural light and the room was dark. Another lamp or perhaps a ceiling fan with a light could help. The coffee was delicious!」
