- LAKEFRONT, SUNSETS, PRIVATE DOCK, PEDAL BOAT, BOAT RAMP VERY CLOSE (less than 1/2 mile), ask about KAYAKS, Fishing is great. Quiet rural area. Fire pit in back yard. Great WALKING and HIKING area. Kitchen fully equipped. Beautiful sunsets, plenty of deer/more wildlife sightings. Particular attention to comfy beds, bedroom 2 with blackout curtains with option to open for sunlight. Split level home with living room SmartTV and bonus room SmartTV. Screened in deck with tables and plenty of seating, including zeros gravity chairs. Back patio with rocking bench. Find plenty of peace and relaxation. Two charcoal grills. Kentucky Lake Tennessee River. Near the south end of Land Between the Lakes LBL, across from Paris Landing State Park (~10 minutes by boat or ~20 minute drive). EXPLORE Dover history and wildlife reserves. The heart of Paris, TN (World's Greatest Catfish Fry, Country Music Festival, Poker Run, Breaker's Marina, more) about 33 minutes drive and Clarksville about 50 minutes drive. This home is near the Kentucky Tennessee border on Kentucky Lake.
