“We chose this hotel because we stayed there a year ago and had a really nice experience. The valet was so convenient and having a Starbucks in the lobby made grabbing the morning coffee a breeze and didn’t have to find another coffee shop downtown before meetings began. Now the hotel has new owners-valet and Starbucks gone but this was not stated anywhere while booking. The front desk was 24 hour service. “Fabulous staff and a great lobby with plenty of room. There are comfortable couches for lounging and chairs and tables for working. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. There is a coffee maker w/premium coffee and tea and complimentary water. I enjoyed happy hour at the bar one day when the weather was nice. Would definitely go back!”

The bed was incredibly comfy & the inclusion of 3 levels of firmness of pillows was amazing & very appreciated. Communication from beginning to end was proactive, professional & seamless.
