「No elevators in the place so you need to carry all of your stuff up a ton of stairs. There was a huge bug in our room and the AC’s didn’t work well. The guy had to come out and help but he got it going. Need more towels than 3 for a family. Loved the washer and dryer and location, and parking available. Pull out bed needs a new mattress as it had stains! The couch needs a good steam clean. Otherwise it was cute and cozy!」

「Unique mod vibe with desert colors, decorated with beautiful local and other art, nice amenities bar. The restaurant smelled delicious and ambient music was tasteful. Room was emasculate very comfortable. So comfortable we overslept and I got a parking ticket by forgetting to run down the street and pay the meter (100% my fault NOT the hotel)」

「I was upgraded upon arrival during a rainstorm traveling alone with my 5 year old. The lady was so kind. The room was perfect for traveling with/without kids. Bed was cozy, room clean, dishes all spotless with all the amenities one needs. Soap, paper towel, coffee, real cups, pots, utensils. Nautical theme in the room was super cute. Ocean view was beautiful. Deck to sit on very nice. The walk was too far for my 5 year old to get to the busy strip with shops but parking was cheap and easy to...

「We stayed here for one night and we loved it. It’s at a great location. Close to Newburyport center where all the stores and restaurants are. We arrived late so we did not get a chance to experience the restaurant they have at the facility. The room was beautiful and very clean. Everything was provided. Loved the coastal decor vibe. Easy to check in with a code after 5pm. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.」

「The lighthouse Inn is very convenient to Long Sands, only 10 minute walk to the beach. Has a pool and hot tub on site. The room we had reserved was in the carriage house and was a good size with a full bathroom. The door to the deck was a nice addition with seating. I didn’t realize the room was on the 3rd floor and only accessed by outside stairs which was a challenge with our suitcases as one set was quite narrow. Coming down the stairs from the 3rd floor there is a sharp turn and a big step...

「The girl that works at the check in desk allowed us to check in early which helped us get some sleep after an early flight. Walls are thick. Very quiet. The beach is right down the road and if you have pets, Drake’s Island is one of my favorites. There are lots of really good restaurants nearby. Beachfire has really good food.
