Decked Out, the second Houseboat in our "fleet" of 4, is located on Pensacola Bay in Seville Harbour Marina (facing west). This two-bedroom, one-bathroom floating getaway sleeps 4 people (queen bed + trundle with 2 twin beds) and features a fully equipped kitchen with full-size appliances and a banquette dining table with plenty of seating. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door so you can step outside on the back deck for a full view of the marina. Relax on the front porch and enjoy your morning coffee, a view of the boats or a glass of wine with the sunset.

You are steps away from Bartram Park and Seville Square, which hosts many local festivals and events in the heart of the historic district. Walk to many great restaurants, local bars, art galleries, museums, Blue Wahoo's baseball, Ice Flyer hockey, shopping, Veteran's Memorial Park and Palafox Street, which was named one of America’s greatest streets. The sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key are just a short drive away, as is the National Naval Aviation Museum (home of the world-famous Blue Angels).

Bring your watercraft (boat, jet ski, kayak, etc.)!! Launch at a nearby ramp and dock near your Houseboat. Trailer parking is also available. Make sure to mention what you will be bringing (type, size, water/power needs, etc.) when booking.

Additional marina amenities include the "BathMat" (laundry area and restrooms) and "The Grill Deck" (a common cook-out/gathering area) and a fish cleaning station.

Please note that this Houseboat is located on the water in a marina, and you will be walking on docks that may include uneven footing. There are no railings on the front or back decks or along the docks. May not be suitable for young children, people with stability issues, or accessibility issues (i.e. wheelchair - no ramp, standard door widths throughout).

The houseboat was even better than we had hoped, in fact we were going to move into a top-of-the-line hotel on the beach to conclude our vacation, but we cancelled the reservations and chose to stay at the marina. The location is awesome, communications with the host was exemplary and it is so peaceful and zen. We will absolutely stay here again!

Floating delight

This boathouse will need to experienced in order for one to realize how well the location provides for total comfort and relaxation. The locations along the Gulf shores is worth exploring; however returning to the houseboat only amplifies it's beautiful location. Downtown Pensacola has a ton to offer as well. Win win.

Cottage on the water

What a fun time we had staying in Decked Out! The sunrises off the back deck and the sunsets off the front deck were beautiful! This was our first time in the Pensacola area and this house was so convenient to downtown and great places to eat within walking distance! We enjoyed meeting the people in the other two houses also! We would recommend this house to anyone as it was so clean and comfortable!

A wonderful place to stay. It close to down town. Communication with the property manager was point on . We brought our boat and had no trouble with docking the boat right next to the house boat. Highly recommend.

Magnificent

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed on this houseboat . We absolutely love the convenience of parking the boat and being steps away from the house boat . We enjoyed watching the Blue Angels practice Tuesday and Wednesday. Jo Dee is an amazing host and is quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely book the property again.

My husband and I enjoyed the houseboat and marina very much. The houseboat is furnished nicely and has pretty much all the comforts of home as well as being extremely clean. The marina community is friendly and helpful. We had some great conversations with several boat owners and marina staff. The location is wonderful and very walkable. Lots to do in the area. We will definitely return!

Everything was as advertised and work seamlessly. It was very quiet and the rain on the roof was lovely. A highlight was looking out the window or sitting on the porch and seeing water and boats instead of cars and trucks!

Perfect unique rental

We could not have been more impressed. Owner was responsive when booking, the rental was better than described. Nice small marina in a very walkable area. Rental was super clean and well appointed. An attendant stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Waking up and having coffee on the deck while watching the fish and sunrise was so relaxing. Would give this more stars if possible.

Downtown Pensacola Boathouse

What a wonderful, unique experience. We were looking for something just a little different for our Valentine Celebration. My husband was so impressed with his surprise boathouse. I sent him on a Scavenger Hunt which eventually led him to the Marina and the little house of blue marked number 2. We absolutely loved this well stocked, super clean, floating cottage!

Very Nice!

This was a different experience from how we normally do beach vacations. We were looking for different. The place is very nice. I would not think it's good for very young children. No play area and is literally ON THE WATER. Convenient to good restaurants, and market area. Wish the living room furniture had been more accommodating (not too comfy and limited but we managed).
