「As I mentioned in the guest book this location is perfect if you have a hiking trip planned in the area.The house is placed perfectly to hit Rock Island State Park as well as Falls Creek Falls State Park.The amenities were great- kitchen was great and had all we needed, shower pressure was great, added bonus the TV had a Roku for evening entertainment. If I had to nitpick something, the beds were more firm than I like but I'd 10000% stay here again. Likely one of the cleanest rentals I've ever...

「Stayed 1 night as a pitstop. We did 4 of the falls in 1 day after leaving Nashville on our way to Gatlinburg & thought this would be a good place as half way point to stay a night. Camper & grounds were clean. Host was polite & lit a bonfire for us. Closest town doesn't have much for food only downfall for us that night. Would stay again.」

「We stayed for two nights. The cabin was clean and a good home base for adventures at nearby Fall Creek Falls and Rock Island.The kitchen had enough cookware to prepare dinner one night, and the grill had propane. The gas fireplace worked off and on, seemed a bit temperamental.The location was great. Very quiet and private among the trees. Firepit in the back yard was a plus, we used it the first night.」

「Fantastic furniture! Beautiful decor..such a great little place. Hot tub was excellent. We had been at a rental in Florida that was more ‘bachelor pad’ style so we were SO ready for this place. Plush, cozy-exactly what we needed and the pricing is amazing too. I don’t repeat stays often, because I love checking out new places, but this one was a perfect rental at almost an exact halfway point between home and Florida for me so I might make an exception!」

「This is like home away from home. I pets were allowed access to the wonderful fenced in backyard. Our children recently moved to TN and the house happened to be 7 min. From their. It allowed us to enjoy Christmas day as a family. We will definitely choose to stay here again. The property management is very responsive and attentive about if anything is needed. It is located in a lovely subdivision and about 15 min. From downtown Cookeville. There are many state parks nearby also.」
