You don't expect for tidying the room everyday but just want to stress that it needs 5 euro per night for air-conditioning, it is not acceptable as not mentioned before and in such a hot city during May or even summer.」

「A glorious spot on one of the main shopping streets about 10 mins walk to the Cathedral. Looks ordinary from the outside but large and comfortable inside sharing a site with a Japanese restaurant in a converted church. PS the restaurant has a clever robot serving. We had the apartment with a little terrace which was spacious and ideal for breakfast (nice bakery next door) and evening drinks. The guy in charge was REALLY helpful with advice, discounts and booking our airport taxi. Pool was fresh...

「Wow - this hotel was just wonderful. Every member of staff was warm and friendly and incredibly helpful. Upon check-in we were given a map with our location, where the top places to visit were and restaurant recommendations - we got to 3 out of the 5 and all excellent. The location of the hotel was amazing and so close to the centre, it was very clean and our room with a terrace was just amazing. We loved our stay and would definitely go back. 」

「The hotel location is amazing, walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The staffs are nice and helpful. The room cleaning was very good. Hotel also offers free bottle of water and juice, snacks and coffee, which is really nice. The parking was a bit pricy but it is convenient as it is right at the basement of this hotel. We will definitely stay again. The only complaint we had was the breakfast, it was too simple for breakfast buffet. 」
