Very beautiful, rustic, comfortable cottage "Solena", surrounded by trees. 3 km from the centre of Flayosc, 15 km from the centre of Tourtour, 41 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, in the residential district, 40 km from the sea, 41 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: large, well-kept terraced garden, 3'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 100 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase and alarm system. Terrace, garden furniture, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop 2.5 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 16 km, sandy beach "Fréjus" 40 km. Golf course (18 hole) 21 km. Nearby attractions: Abbaye du Thoronet, Grottes de Villecroze, La cascade de Sillans, Cotignac, Cannes, Cassis. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Sainte Croix 41 km. Hiking paths: Gorges du Verdon, Gorges du Blavet, Les Adrets de L Esterel. Please note: car recommended.
