「Great beach, rooms and most common areas very clean. Staff courteous. Outdoor areas generally well kept. Told that drinking tap water in rooms would be at own risk, yet charged for glass of water during meal! During showers in room stood in2 to 3 inches of grey water beause drain pipe plugged. Went to call house keeping, discovered phone did not work. Went to front desk to ask for phone, never arrived!」

Néanmoins trop grand pour moi , trop de chambres et trop de monde avec une clientèle en majorité tout inclus et plutôt clients des pays de l est , ambiance particulière ! 「It is a great place to stay especially if you plan to go to Mt. Athos. Very clean. Close to the office for the visa and port. Evdokia, the host, waited for us and showed us the room even though we arrived around 11 pm.」

「Moderne Apartmentanlage mit schönem Pool und vielen Liegen. Unser Apartment war sehr modern (Loft) und sauber, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Bad war etwas klein aber die Dusche großzügig und mit Regendusche. Alle ZImmer gingen Richtung Pool. Leider hat morgens der Abfluss im Bad gestunken, wir haben das gemeldet, jedoch kam es immer wieder. Die Lage war sehr gut, einige Gehminuten zum Strand, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Promenade. Ich kann die Unterkunft empfehlen!」

「New residence, not far from the centre of Neo Marmaras (approx. 1.5 Km) and close to the beat. I have rented 2 apartments and they ware all luxury furnished. The apartments had 2 levels, in the lower floor the kitchen, a living room (with sofa), a large TV and a bathroom with shower. At the upper floor, the bedroom and another bathroom. All new and of good quality. The sea is walking distance and there you can find some restaurants and bar, even if the real city centre is 1.5km away (car needed)」
