Have breakfast on the balcony in the morning sun or grill on the balcony in the evening sun. The apartment has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom and an open kitchen. A fast bus connection (day and night) is almost on the doorstep. In just 20 minutes you are in the city center with the Semper Opera, Frauenkirche, castle, kennel, green vault, zoo, hygiene museum and more. V. M. or in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains. Go through the garden gate to the Elbe and you are at the horse farm. Or simply stay on the property and sit in the listed pavilion, play football, volleyball or dodgeball with your children or go to the sauna. Two parking spaces (one behind the other) are available for you on the property. The village baker is 300m away. The house is located on the Saxon Wine Road, which is heavily used for rush hour traffic.

Eine schöne große Wohnung mit 4 großen Schlafzimmern und einem gemütlichen Wohn- Essbereich. Einziges Manko: die fehlende Beleuchtung der Treppe zur Wohnung und die doch sehr laute und viel befahrene Straße direkt am Haus.

Ein schöner Stadturlaub
Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön am Elbufer und bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick und Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge. Die Wohnung ist groß, geräumig, bietet mehrere Schlafzimmer und im Wohnbereich sogar eine Klimaanlage, die im Sommer sehr angenehm war. Den großen Garten haben wir gerne zum Fußball spielen und Trampolin springen genutzt.
Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir hatten leider etwas vergessen und er hat es uns unkompliziert nachgesendet.

Alles was wir brauchten war da
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und konnten vor Ort alles mit Öffis machen. Für die Lademöglichkeit unseres E Autos waren wir auch dankbar. Der Gastgeber hat einen früheren Check-Inn als angekündigt ermöglicht und auch das perfekte Bett für unsere 2 Jährige gehabt: nicht mehr Gitterbett und trotzdem Bodennahe. Der Garten ist traumhaft und die Kinder konnten da gut spielen. Leider war kein Wetter um auf dem Balkon zu essen. Wir müssen unbedingt nochmal im Sommer wieder kommen.

Schöne Wohnung in herrlicher Umgebung!
Wir waren mit 3 Teenagern und 3 Erwachsenen für 4 Übernachtungen hier. Es fehlt an nichts, die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft zu 100% zu. Küche und Bad sind für 6 Erwachsene recht klein aber trotzdem ausreichend. Der große Balkon mit Sitz- und Grillmöglichkeit mit Blick auf das große grüne Grundstück und die Elbe sind grandios. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, Wachwitz, Loschwitz sind Stadtteile mit wunderbarer Architektur. Mit Bus/Bahn ist man recht schnell in der Innenstadt, ohne Parkplatzstress. Die Bundesstraße vor der Tür ist tatsächlich recht laut, aber auch das steht in der Anzeige. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Lage an der Elbe
Ferienwohnung war sauber, Kontakt mit Vermietern klappte über Whatsapp und Handy gut, tolle Lage an der Elbe, nach vorn hinaus etwas laut, aber nicht wirklich störend, großer Garten, nicht weit vom Zentrum Dresdens. Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für einen Urlaub in Dresden. Ideal, wenn man mit Hund verreisen möchte. Grundstück ist zwar nicht ganz verschlossen, aber zum größten Teil eingezäunt. Hinter dem Grundstück liegt der wunderschöne Elberadweg, der optimal für Gassi-Gänge nutzbar ist.

Große Ferienwohnung mit großem Garten
Viel Platz,Garten groß und schön, an der Elbe gelegen.
Geschirr in der Küche etwas unrein. Verdunkelung nicht in allen Schlafzimmern möglich, Verkehrslärm teilweise störend.
