Everything was fine, super clean, easy arrival, apartment is very comfortable. The only thing is that we were surprised to have to pay a supplement upon arrival for the bed sheets and towels. Maybe they should adjust the price to include it. Overall, we highly recommend this place.

Es hat alles gepasst- die Kommunikation mit einem speziell ortskundigen Gastgeber war sehr gut, bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an Nichts gefehlt, die FeWo ist ein gutdurchdachtes "Schmuckstück" zum Wohnen mit edlen Materialien und moderner Haustechnik, Lage ruhig und gleichzeitig gute Verkehrsanbindung... Was will man mehr bei einem Städtetrip o.a.m.- wir kommen gern mal wieder!

Die Anzeige erhält keinerlei Hinweise zu Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Für die einzelnen Schlafgelegenheiten sind unterschiedliche Bezüge und Laken erforderlich, wer soll das im Vorfeld wissen? Hygienischer Zustand der Bettwaren ist bedenklich. Ungenügender Hitzeschutz an den Fenstern.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung!

Wir waren 7Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und fühlten uns sofort wohl. Der Vermieter, Hr. Fleischer ist sehr nett und hat mit uns zwei sogar eine Stadtführung gemacht, die sehr interessant war und man spürte förmlich die Liebe zu seiner Stadt Dresden. Die FW ist von Grün umgeben, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in sämtliche Richtungen fast unmittelbar vor der Tür. Das Fazit ist, wir können diese FW auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wunderschön, sauber, einfach super!

Sehr netter Gastgeber! Wir waren 3 Nächten dort und haben eine Stadtführung dazugebucht. Dies kann ich sehr empfehlen. Man merkt förmlich, das er für diese Thema brennt und das mal beruflich gemacht hat. Wer geschichtlich interessiert ist, sollte das unbedingt machen. Man sieht Dresden danach mit anderen Augen.

Ein schöner Kurztrip nach Dresden

Die Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte schon im Vorfeld zu Anreise. Die Begrüßung durch den Vermieter war sehr freundlich, wie haben einen Rundgang durch die schöne Wohnung gemacht und haben alles erklärt bekommen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Kurzausflug nach Dresden

Große und saubere Unterkunft. Ruhige Umgebung. Gute Anbindung per ÖPNV zum Stadtzentrum. Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit vorhanden! Kleiner Makel: Es ist in der Anzeige nicht erkennbar, dass man Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen muss. Ohne den vorherigen Schriftverkehr mit Herrn Fleischer, wäre das uns auf die Füße gefallen und wir hätten einen Aufpreis zahlen müssen.

Saubere Wohnung, allerdings auch ein paar Mängel

Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Allerdings hat der Vermieter die Rollos am Anreisetag nicht geschlossen, sodass wir bei 30 Grad in einer Sauna angekommen sind. Zudem war in der Beschreibung nicht kenntlich gemacht, dass die Wohnung nur durch ein offenes Treppenhaus von der Wohnung der Vermieter getrennt ist. Die Fewo verfügt also über keine Wohnungstür. Dies sollte vorher bekannt sein. Außerdem war nicht vorher bekannt, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nur für Bahnreisende angeboten werden. Dies jedoch auch nur für einen Aufpreis von 15 € pro Person. Diese Kosten mussten vor Ort per Barzahlung bezahlt werden.

gut eingerichtete Wohnung

Wir haben eine schöne Woche als Familie dort verbracht. Es gab alles was wir benötigt haben. Ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
