「Stayed for one night with my boyfriend as a stopover between Sutherland and Cape Town, and honestly wish we’d booked two. Despite booking very last minute, Evelyn made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived with a glass of champagne.

「Very nice one night stay while travelling. Stayed in the garden room - very quiet and also has self-catering facilities. Short walk to several restaurants. We opted for a pizza nearby. Expedia shows breakfast included. This is an error - owner trying to resolve with agency. But breakfast is available at a small cost. Just ask Mike to show you his collection - stunning!」

「Amazingly peaceful stay at this beautiful grand old house filled with gorgeous and well mantained antiques. The breakfast was incredible, and we really appreciated the fresh baked gluten free bread! The service was all we could wish for and we enjoyed swimming in the pool outside under the stars. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a break from the city hustle and bustle.」
