「A great little escape. This is a great property and we had a fun ‘escape’. We stayed in one of the yurts for two nights and it was great. The AC worked very well and there are a lot of fun things to do on the property and in the area. We really enjoyed the pool and longing there. The property looks just as good as the photos!」

「Place is nice. Issues. 1. We could not get the big screen TV in the barn to work. All the others were simple. We had 5 people try and 3 of them are tech savvy. 2. The igniter one the gas grill was not functioning. 3. The water is almost non drinkable. I don’t mind using bottled water but a heads up would be nice. Overall we had a great time and we would return. 」

「Review of Grand Villa - 2025Our family of 19 (2 grandparents, 3 children and their spouses, and 11 grandchildren) stayed at the Grand Villa in Dripping Springs this past July.The house is enormous and wonderfully laid out. 「Jamie was wonderful and communicative about every aspect of the trip. She was very compensating for my fellow guests and myself and the details provided about the surrounding area were fantastic. The photos of the listing were accurate and the bedrooms was more than accommodating. The only reason for the 4-stars for the accuracy is due to the lack of a “waterfall pool” - in the description of the property it lists a “waterfall pool table” which I believe could be some sort of an autofill issue....
