“Beyond Impressive. I arrived via public transport in the later afternoon and collected my keycard which was nearly presented in a little envelope by the bar staff (they have a restaurant and bar in the adjacent building). I booked a shared room, however, I was the only guest in this room. There was an impeccably clean shower and toilet with soap in each and a complimentary towel. The room was well heated for winter and had a clothing rack with hangars and two bunk beds. The view of the stream……

“It is quite a small room with one single bed and a bunk bed. The lower bunk bed is too narrow and the height between the two decks is too short. I cannot sit up on it. I have to crawl into the bed and slip out of it every time. So you can imagine the feeling when you sleep on the lower bunk bed and the upper bed is so close to your face. It is really the hostel facilities but the rate is close to a hotel or even more expensive than many of them. ”

“We had a wonderful stay here. Mike and Peggy are fantastic hosts and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was cosy and absolutely perfect for a few nights away. The bathroom is small but definitely usable and didn’t cause any issues at all.
Mike makes a fresh breakfast each morning, which was absolutely delicious and a real highlight of our stay. Such an amazing place to stay, we would definitely recommend it to anyone.

“Impressive ! Phone line reachable & able to help bçs my flight delay 9hrs. Driving 270Km, I was 5min late, staff no complaint even they said wait me till 11:00pm !

“Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.”
