"We enjoyed our stay very much. Home was clean and cozy. "

"Room was clean however, pretty good condition and comfortable bed. They have the small square pillows and for me it’s hard to get comfortable with them. The room was right outside a construction site and they started working at 730am. The hotel did not seem very full so there was no reason to put people on that wing. I’m asthmatic and one of the first things I check is the HVAC filter and as usual the one in my room was filthy. Why hotels never clean them is beyond me "

"Room was very nice and spacious. Pool area was clean and towels were always available. Area around the pool is quite slick. Staff was helpful and courteous."

"We stay here often bc of its proximity to family in the area. The shower in our room this time leaked horribly all over the bathroom floor. This room had an unpleasant smell to it. I’m assuming it was due to guests having to use a shower each day that leaks water all over the floor. "

"Very clean and provides everything you would need. Very convenient to restaurants. My only complaint is the beds are very hard, other than that a very nice and excellent as far as a clean hotel. "

"The elevators are absolutely horrible. This is my third year and in a row staying there and it will be my last time! Every year the elevators are broken or out of service or they take 5 minutes to come down. There are only four or five floors and I've spent way too much time waiting for the elevators. The staff was okay. Not overly friendly seemed very in experienced in the basic way of making people feel welcome. I will find a new place next year and going forward and will not be staying here again."

"Rooms dates, no safe and the shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the shower were empty. The breakfast was decent however the bananas were green and not edible. The shuttle to the airport was on time but it smelled like smoke. "
