“pool and view excellent but we couldn't use one of the rooms because there was a bad smell coming from it, no hot water and air conditioning need to be service, very dangerous going up the hill when dark because there's no lights on the way.”

“We had a large group of 18. The rooms were all cleaned each day. We had one a/c unit go out and a new one was installed that day. The pool and hot tub were cleaned each day as well. We use the all inclusive plan and this works great for a large group. The dinners were excellent and staff were great. The all inclusive drinks were a definite plus. The ocean was rough for three days, but then we got some nice calm days to enjoy the surf. Beach walks were very nice. Our host Nina made sure……

“The location is excellent and the house is nice. They could provide the guest a little more supplies. You literally have to buy everything for you to use.”

“Great house with well appointed and large bedrooms. Everything was clean and in good condition. We had an issue with hot water that they fixed quickly. Staff was great - Cooke breakfast for us every morning. Walk to the beach is easy. It’s the neighborhood beach (Ballenas) which is more local as opposed to more touristy Bonita. Bonita is a 20 minute drive even though it looks super close on the map. Would stay here again!”

“Ana from the start provided quick ongoing communication. We did not have electricity which was not her fault however generator back up was not very reliable. Highly suggest since this is a regular occurance that you provide candles/flash lights or suggest to your guest that they bring these itmes with them. House was very spacious meeting our groups needs; however villa needs to be better maintained. I would highly recommend a microwave.”
