Bluewaters is a really chic area by the marina. Can be annoying travelling between the two buildings of the hotel (try staying at main tower - Caesar). Hotel is modern, rooms are great, housekeeping services are brilliant. Worth considering the half-board, it's excellent value

Beautiful hotel with the best customer service I have experienced anywhere in the world. Nicholas who was stationed by the pool during our stay was particularly warm and helpful as was Zipporah who checked us in. Would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be back soon!

Very Bad Service Very Bad Value Corridors has bad Smell Hotel Flooded during Dubai Rains Overall a big disaster to entering this hotel. Waited over sixty minutes for fresh juice order.

4ème voyage à dubai pas le meilleur mais vraiment le plus cher . Le Service moyen , on avait honte de demander à faire chauffer les petits pots de notre fille . A chaque demande on avait l’impression de déranger . La chambre , On avait réservé une vue océan ( partielle ) mais là on a eu une chambre au deuxième vue sur du béton , quand j’ai été demandé à la réception si c’était normal on m a demandé de paye 60 euros en plus par nuit pour une chambre à l’étage au dessus alors que j’avais déjà payé plus de 700 euros la nuit . Le prix des consommations sont très élevé 7 euros un pepsi ou 12 euros une corona ou 25 euros une salade à la plage . Également avec un bébé on a dû demandé à plusieurs reprises de refaire le ménage . La Plage de l hôtel ce situe à côté de la piste de décollage et atterrissage des avions de saut en parachute , vous avez donc le droit à un avion juste au déçu de votre tête toutes les 15 mins . A aucun moment on nous a demandé si tout se passait bien . Après les piscines sont très belles , et heureusement certains employés sont au petits soins . L’hôtel est à 20 minutes à pied de la marina .

Overall great
Great, beautiful, comfy stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful. Room is comfy. Only complaint is I could hear other guests talking and playing in the hall outside my room.

I always come back to this place because of its attention to the finest detail that makes you feel like you are on another planet meant for the perfect hospitality. Even though there was a full booking due to an event that caused me transferring to the other facility (Caesars Hotel), it was is the most beautiful accident of all time; they all have the same level of wonderful hospitality.

Hervorragendes Hotel in sehr guter Lage, Blick auf die Skyline und auf die Palme, ausgezeichnete Küche, fußläufig zum Walk, sehr schöner Strand. Bluewaters Mall noch mit wenig Shops, da muss man noch etwas Geduld haben. Riesenrad noch nicht in Betrieb.

Dieses Resort ist unglaublich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und es gab eine riesen Auswahl, besonders Ethel, welche dort arbeitet war überaus freundlich. Das Personal war total hilfbereit, zuvorkmmend und lieb! Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gross! Der Strand und das Wasser waren ein Traum. An den Bars gab es viele Getränke und sehr leckeres Essen, Terence und sein Kolleg von der Venus Bar waren sehr lustig. Wir können es zu 100% weiterntpfehlen! Wir werden wieder kommen.
