Misleading Rental
Here is the good and bad about my stay here in Dubai.
The Bad: I specifically chose to rent this apartment because the listing stated there would be beachfront access, have 2 large bedrooms, and have a washer and dryer. Soon after arriving in Dubai I was notified by the front desk staff that the beach access has been closed for over 2 months and they don't believe it will be open soon. After going up to my room I noticed that the washer/dryer was a single combined unit, but the dryer function was disabled. I called in regarding this issue and they said they would get back to me. ( I never heard back and had no dryer for the entire stay, I dried my clothes outside since there was a conveniently placed drying rack out there)
The beds were rock hard and felt cheap along with the TV, stereo and other appliances. they looked ok, but were not plugged in and looked like they were there for show.
The Good: This apartment was tremendous in size. Great sized patio and bedrooms.
Overall, I would not have purchased this rental if I knew the beachfront was going closed during my trip and the dryer did not work. I will not rent here again as this listing was written in a deceptive manner.
