The Bulgari Dubai is unquestionably the finest hotel in the UAE. The property is elegant state of the art, but the entire Team there is what makes them the best of the best. From the parking, front door, security, check in, housekeeping, spa, coffee lounge, gym-pool, cigar bar, restaurant and shop staff, you simply will not meet a finer group of people. There is nothing that the rooms are missing for a perfect stay, and even if there were something you could think of, the hotel Management would solve the issue in the blink of an eye. Pep, the brilliant manager, and every member of his team, make this hotel the finest of the amazing Dubai 5,star hotel scene. My advice, spoil yourself and go spend a week with them. I won’t use any other hotel in Dubai. Pep, just keep doing what you do. Please don’t change a thing. Thanks, Daniel

Exceptional Experience at Bulgari Resort Dubai

My wife and I recently stayed at Bulgari Resort Dubai for three nights, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The rooms were luxurious and meticulously designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with a smile. The swimming pool facilities were outstanding. The pool area was immaculate, and the staff were always ready to assist, making our time by the pool extremely relaxing and enjoyable. While the beach wasn't the best we've experienced, it was still pleasant and well-maintained, offering a peaceful setting for relaxation. One of the most impressive aspects of our stay was the breakfast service. The ability to order breakfast to our room at any time, 24 hours a day, was a unique and extraordinary feature. This flexibility added an extra layer of luxury to our stay, allowing us to enjoy our mornings at our own pace. Overall, our stay at Bulgari Resort Dubai was fantastic. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional service, and unique amenities made for an unforgettable experience. I have travelled the world and never have I experienced such an incredible customer experience in my life. They decorated my room filled with balloons for my birthday, each and every staff member remembered my name, pool service was second to none, you were never waiting at reception and private dining was stellar. To be honest, I would return to Dubai purely for this hotel. My partner and I had an experience like no other and I can safely say this exceeded any possible expectation I had. Thank you to all the outstanding staff who made our stay so special.
