The staff was the best part of this trip. It was a late-night stopover from an overnight flight. I was checked in promptly and Into a nice clean room .. staff was very very helpful and friendly. Very conveniently located close to the airport loved it all so much … I would be back. :)

The main reason I chose this hotel is that it was listed as having an airport shuttle. In reality, the shuttle only runs from the hotel to the airport and NOT from the airport to the hotel. Also there were no instructions on how to reach the hotel on foot through various bridges and tunnels, even though I had contacted the hotel in advance. Also there was never any indication that we had to checkin at the Aloft Hotel, even though staying at the Element Hotel.

Good overnight stay, close to Dubai Airport. Shuttle bus service was a little bit of a dissapointment. Only transfer to the airport, not from and only one time from Dubai Mall back to the Hotel. Information about that was not clear.

They DO NOT offer a pick up shuttle service from the airport. Finding this out at 6am after a 10 hour flight this was extremely upsetting.

Adequate
Good location close to the airport. Perfect for an overnight layover. The only negative was our bedding wasn’t all that clean. It looked like they didn’t change the sheets and had stains and bread crumbs on it. We didn’t bother telling the staff since we didn’t really stay for the night, but I wasn’t expecting that from Marriott. Overall a nice hotel though with a warm water roof top pool.

De kamers waren schoon en ruim, douchecabine groot. Vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel. Kamers werden netjes schoongemaakt en voorzien van water , koffie en verzorgings producten. Speciale dank aan Srihari en Nisani hiervoor. Op de hoek van de straat leuke tentjes waar je lekker kan eten en drinken. Er is ook een kleine supermarkt..Op loopafstand is er een metro.. Tijdens ons verblijf werd het zwembad gerenoveerd, als alternatief werd er aangeboden gebruik te maken van het zwembad bij het nabijgelegen hotel Le Meridien, heel mooi daar en goed geregeld. We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij Element Airport Dubai. Het ontbijt was ook goed.

les chambres sont vastes, les draps changés tous les jours, par contre le menage fait tres en retard, un bruit insupportable d’un moteur d’un immeuble voisin qui s’enclenche toutes les 15 minutes meme la nuit et audible malgre des fenetres fermées pour les chambres qui donnent sur court... petit dej minimaliste et non varié. on vous fait payer si vous prenez le petit dej cote Alfort qui est excellent alors que cote Element est a déplorer... bcp de choses a améliorer mais personnel top top top .
