There studio is NOT a studio. It’s a basic hotel room with no oven, no microwave, and a mini fridge. It’s false advertising. The staff is rude and the rooms smell horrible. Stay anywhere else.

I came with rental car. I did know the parking situation at the hotel. The have a parking one Block away. But ever day, one street away from the hotel I came in the traffic jam of Sharjah. This part of the town is quite busy. Traffic is chaotic. The hotel has a supermarket at the opposite of the reception; that is very good. Cheap restaurant 100 meter away. But it is difficult to find something better for that price

Nice and comfortable place to stay in Sharjah.
Very comfortable and clean rooms. Value for money. The hotel is located opposite to corniche. The area as such is a bit crowded. Valet parking is available. All staff, very friendly and cooperative. Special mention to Mr. Bilal and front desk Manager for their support and helping nature.

The property was not clean. My room had cobwebs on the walls and in the corner of the walls. The floor was not cleaned properly and the bathroom had a sewer smell coming from it at times. The bedding wasn’t changed not once while I was there for nine days. Towels wasn’t replaced that was dirty. I wouldn’t come back to this particular hotel in the future

Very nice hotel with nice and helpful staff. The area is very nice with good amenities nearby. The 24hr supermarket (Carrefour) opposite the hotel is very handy. The gym is small and the pool isn’t outdoor but both are fine.

Some of the staff were quite helpful and the location of the hotel was central which was what we wanted. However, when we first arrived we seemingly were not expected. After booking this hotel we received a message thanking us. On their website we were asked to let them know if we were due to arrive after midnight. We did this and received no acknowledgement so we messaged a second time and still no acknowledgement! Our safe was broken, we had no adapter plug for the kettle, a light was on the inside of the wardrobe constantly and there was no way of switching this off. Admittedly when we informed staff about the safe and the kettle, these issues were dealt with immediately.

Overall very good for the money we paid. Few cons: Shower stall is small. AC control was not working and temp was fixed at 18.5C. We didn’t call to get it fixed.

Good location and very near laffah (excellent fried chicken place) and lulu ( grocery store) and same building as carrefour (grocery place). Staff members generally friendly. My only complaint is when I was checking out I was told to sit and wait while they checked the room. I sat there right in front of the female receptionist. After awhile the bell boy came and asked me if I was checking in or out. I told him I was waiting for release and he went to check with the female receptionist. She just waved at him to ask me to leave I guess because he conveyed that to me. She didn’t even acknowledge or look at me all the time she asked me to wait. I think that was really rude. Besides her with bad service and attitude the other staff were very friendly.

In the morning there was leakage from the wash room and was flooded with water. Drain was also blocked . Informed Hotel management staff . Could not resolve issue for more than a hour. Asked the house keeping person who was in the corridor to clean as it an emergency and needed to use wash room. The house keeping person ( Patel ) informed that I will come when I have cleaned the room which i am assigned. I had to take the towels and cleaned the wash room. The manager was informed he casually said that he will take and never came back. The manager did lip services. We stayed for four night and no one came to provide any type of compensation for the inconveyence caused. The client canceled my meeting due to being late which resulted in a financial loss to me Please take up with the management to provide compensation for the poor customer service and leakage from wash room. Above all a very cold attitude from the staff and management

While check in front desk has taken a lot time to verify or to cross check since we were having hotel confirmation in well advance. Room services were very bad. Every day you have to request towel and others. Dinning facility was good and they were very cooperative.
