The best, most practical and economic apartment rental experience you will have in Dubai. We have been rated 5 Stars by most of our visiting customers and we aspire to provide the best services ever to our guests and partners.
This apartment is fully furnished, modern, 2 Bedroom Hotel-Style apartment in Dubai Land Residence Complex - Skycourts Towers. Free parking, 24 hours security, free access to state-of-the-art Gym, free access to two large swimming pools and large sports, picnic and kids playground in the podium level of our building complex.
The apartment is equipped with a satellite flat-screen TV in seating area with 3 wide sofas. There are two full bathrooms with showers and bath tub in each bathroom. Kitchen equipped with a fridge, washing machine, boiler, microwave, cooking range, cooking ware, and many other utensils. Fresh towels and bed linen are provided, spare sets can be provided on your request. Toiletries, Hair dryer and ironing facilities are available. Guest will enjoy the whole apartment which is quite large and fit for families and group travelers

There are good range of local restaurants offering Arabic, Italian, Chinese, Yemeni, Hindi and Pakistani food. All support services are available on-site like supermarkets, beauty salons, book store, laundry service, clinic, pharmacy, pet shop, nursery, schools, barber shop, bakeries, Coffeeshop. All are within the building complex or across the street.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This lively neighborhood is very safe and services are available till late night with security service available 24/7.
We are opposite to Dubai Academic City and Dubai Silicon oasis. Very close to Dubai Studio City, Motor City, Arabian ranches, Hamdan Sports City, Dubai Cycling Track, Alhabtoor Polo Club, The Seventh, camel market, Dubai Oasis, and so many other attractions. The complex is also close to Dubai Airport (DXB), Al-Maktoum Airport (DWC), Expo City.
The Global Village & IMG, the biggest indoor theme park are 5 minutes drive. Shopping malls like Dubai Outlet Mall, Emirates Mall, Mirdif City Center, Dragon Mart, Silicon Gate are 5-10 minutes’ drive. Expo City site is less than 10 minutes’ drive using any of the 3 freeways around us.
Getting around
The community have direct access to Dubai - AlAin road with connection to Emirates Road, Zayed Bin Nahyan highway and MBZ freeway connecting Dubai with other Northern Emirates and Abu Dhabi.
Taxis are available on-site 24/7. Public bus service is available right in front of the building complex and takes 20-25 minutes to Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Metro Station and Sheikh Zayed Road.
