Location is awesome! Breakfast is quite good but short of man power. Recommend different varieties of hot dishes changed everyday. Key card always doesn’t work and I changed 3 times during my 5 day stay.

雖然房間面積不算很大，但是非常乾淨和舒適，性價比非常高。停車非常方便，地下停車場的車位很多。酒店門口就有家樂福便利店，購物非常方便。早餐很豐盛。值得推薦。

1. When I wanted to cook hot water, I found the socket not work. The technician fixed it well. But it did not work again next time. 2. The room key became invalid always.

Convenience & comfortable
very close to Mall of Emirates (if you know the way). Different from other Ibis hotel, it provides nearly 4 stars comfortable. Room is large enough, and with welcome drink and snacks (bottled camel milk & dates) during CNY. Recommended!

Please remove the carpets in the rooms they are too old and even cleaning them its now beyond hoovers I was sneezing all night ended up buying antihistami e tablets which is not good at all.the toilet sink drains very slowly and the tspe is damaged

The rooms were more than adequate and clean. Hot shower, coffee pot, fridge, and safe for your belongings. Restaurant on site was good and very reasonable. Walk to the Mall of the Emirates with Ski Dubai. The only negative would be no gym & pool at the hotel but you can use the adjoining hotels facilities.

I recommend this property to other guests. During our 6 days stay when we requested something that we need, the staff delivers it in just few minutes. Location is convenient. We walk to the mall few times. Staffs are very courteous.

I was in queue to check in and check out- not enough staff to attend to customers. Saw 2 security guards but only 1 staff on duty at the desk. Asked for sleepers after checked in and was not in the room when we went back in the afternoon. Had to call for it. Electric kettle not working, only tea, no coffee. Mentioned to the front desk upon check out. Not a good stay.

I enjoyed my stay shame i was given one double bed room when i booked weeks in advance for two single bed rooms my mum is unwell and had to endure sharing a room with my sister the manager refused to fix this issue the location is the only good thing really not too far from downtown

Tivemos problema com a reserva e mesmo assim o hotel super nos ajudou, o quarto era ok, o tamanho de quarto padrao ibis, levemente apertado, banheiro tambem levemente apertado, mas tudo muito bom.
