We had a blast staying at the Intercontinental Hotel Dubai Marina! All the staff from the Front desk to the room cleaning crew to their Breakfast and restaurant team, were nothing short of amazing! They made our stay here one to remember and we would love to return in the future!!

Disappointed
Condition of the room and outside corridor was not what i would expect of a 5 star hotel. Carpet stains, wall stains, lighting not working, air con noisy and poor performing. Touch controls for lighting complicated to use. Tv system was also dated. The stay was mediocre and not value for money on the price paid.

It’s a decent hotel in the marina. Minimal sun at the pool due to high buildings. The mattress was too soft for me. Need more lights in the rooms. Friendly staff.

Just an overall marvelous experience. The pool was great, very open & clear vibe room facing the marina, dubai marina mall was just 10 minute walk away.

Was uns gefallen hat: schön modern ruhig essen super sauber und das Personal war zuvorkommend. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: in so einen luxuriösen Hotel existiert nur ein behinderter gerechtes Zimmer im 3 Stock in der Nähe vom Swimmingpool was zu folge hatte das man den Storen für das Badezimmer runterlassen musste da sonst jeder reinschauen konnte.

Staff was outstanding. Excellent location, which is close to the beach, the Marina, shops, restaurants and transit (to downtown, etc.). I highly recommend the food option, which includes both breakfast (massive buffet) AND dinner (3 course meals). Would definitely stay here again.
