Very good hotel
Very good hotel. The environment is good. The view is very beautiful. Staff is helpful and friendly. We can use a room card to access Wild Wadi Water Park and take abra without charges. Also, the hotel is closely with Burj Al Arab. I highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel and amenities. The staff were so accommodating. We had specific dietary requirements and the staff in the kitchen and all of the managers in the kitchen area went above and beyond to make sure we were catered for. Great facilities for children. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Dubai after this experience.

Service in the hotel was slow, we have to call 2 times for our luggage when we check in, they did not know where our luggage was. Beach restaurant service was bad, waiter did not attend to us for a very long time, we had to wave them down few times but still didn’t get them over so we walk away from our table.

Wir sind aller 1 bis 2 Jahre seit Entstehung des Madinats Jumeirah 2001), abwechselnd im Hotel Minasalam oder Al Qasr Ende September gewesen (ca. 12 X) und waren voller Begeisterung! Es ist das erste Mal, dass ich nur 3,5 Sterne vergeben kann, da vieles enttäuschend war. Ausnehmen hierbei möchte ich die Mitarbeiter im Service, Restaurants, Pool usw?., die weiterhin top Service leisten, liebenswert und unschlagbar hilfebereit sind..... Ihnen weiterhin 6 Sterne? Im Management muss ich leider Minuspunkte geben. Große Teile des Standes waren gesperrt wegen Mängel an Life Guards! Fragen per Mail, wurden nur generell ( Restaurants, Spa ) beantwortet, auf spezielle persönliche Anfragen, mit Namen und Anliegen wurde nicht geantwortet, nur generierte Mails gesendet. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes kam es zu Problemen bei Bestellungen unseres Lunchpaketes oder anderer Reservierungen , die an der Rezeption gemacht wurden. Wir hätten gern mehr Kompetenz und Fähigkeiten als Schönheiten an der Rezeption! Sorry! Daran sollte man arbeiten!

Traditional Arabic-style hotel
If you want the best beach with Burj Al Arab view stay at a Jumeirah property here! Still after all these years the Burj Al Arab looks stunning from the beach. Our room was a bit dark as its rather an old-fashioned hotel - however amazing facilities. The best is that you can use all the Jumeirah facilities - so we chose the pool of Al Naseem as the others had a bit of construction going on. So many staff everywhere to help which is really helpful

Das Jumeirah Mina A Salam ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel bei dem alles passt. Schöne Zimmer, super Frühstücksbuffet und wunderschöne Pools. Abends konnte man mit dem Boot zum Restaurant fahren durch die künstlich angelegten Lagunen - tolle Idee. Towel Service am Pool und am Strand - zudem stand immer eine Kühltasche mit frischem Wasser bei den Liegestühlen, einfach super Dienstleistung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Hotel bestens empfehlen!
