Good location close to circle mall The apartment was very basic but clean and staff were very friendly and helpful.

The first two bedroom we were assigned had a bunch of issues. A stranger's mass of hair stuck on the washroom stall, a shower stall that flooded halfway thru a shower, airconditioning not working in the rooms. At every point, the staff tried to BS us saying things like "it takes time for air conditioning to work in Dubai" even though one area was clearly cooler and the other was very hot. We were downgraded to a one bedroom and I lay given a refund of 36CAD for our entire 8 day stay. The second room was a little better but the range didn't work, visible mould in the shower stall, washroom ceiling bulging down, kitchen exhaust vents that have not been cleaned and toaster smoked so bad it needed to be replaced. If you're used to a basic (and I mean basic) North American standard, this place falls far below that standard. Like very far below. I would avoid.
