I would like to preface this review by saying that I am one of the most understanding and go with the flow type of people there are. However, I would not recommend this property.
Upon arriving, we contacted the owners to let them know we had arrived. As soon as we arrived, they told us that there was a mixup in the booking, and the cleaning fees had not been paid or included when I initially booked. They then said in order for me to have access to the unit these fees would have to be paid first. I have no problem doing that but prior to paying the fees, I did ask them if in fact, there were three beds in the unit, and if they could clarify that with me. They then responded that the cleaning fees had to be paid completely Ignoring my question. I was persistent in my inquiry, and they eventually got back to me and said there were only two, but that they could give me an air mattress for the third bed. I told them that this would not be acceptable for our party, and that I would like a reimbursement -largely due to the fact that the advertisement was not correct and I did not receive what I paid for. On top of that -an air mattress is simply an unacceptable alternative for a bed. I was going back-and-forth with them on WhatsApp. When I asked for a reimbursement, they seemed amicable and told me to go through proper channels with the booking party. I did that, and then the owner ghosted me. I have tried multiple times since and nothing. Shady business and would not recommend.
