Hotel was fine, clean and good location. On arrival I asked to take my golf bag but he insisted putting it on the baggage trolley. Next thing I know all the heavy luggage are on top and he’s jammed them in, which has snapped one club and bent my putter. Both need replacing and are expensive. No efforts were made by the staff to make up for damages or take responsibility. Annoying as I asked him not to take them. Ruined the trip unfortunately.

Great hotel clean and friendly. I would recommend. Taxis easy to get outside too. Chelsea on the front desk showed great customer service. The screens in the lifts showing whats-on and offers went way to fast. You need to slow this down as no chance to read 😀

Staff was very accommodating, I had came down with a fever and asked for blankets and water in the middle of the night, the staff came right away. They also gave us a 4pm checkout so we have more time to rest.

Looking forward to return
Room is spacious and clean. Room keeper is eco-friendly and respects customer's wish not to change bedsheet until necessary. Also, the WiFi in the room is great and easy to connect. The breakfast has sufficient variety for international travellers. I wish to have more time to explore other facilities. Front desk persons are amazingly helpful and friendly. Will definitely return as the location is convenient and environment pleasant with a lot of restaurants within walking distance.
