I feel compelled to share my recent experience at Raviz Central Hotel on Expedia to ensure others are aware of the shocking state of the accommodations. My stay was nothing short of a nightmare. The walls were covered in dirt, and the floor seemed untouched by any form of cleaning. Immediately alerting the staff, I was relocated to another room, only to be met with an overpowering mold odor that triggered immediate coughing. Graciously, the hotel staff upgraded me to a suite, but even this fell short of the cleanliness one would expect from a four-star establishment. The attached pictures tell the story better than words ever could. Despite the friendly demeanor of the staff, the conditions of the rooms were inexcusable. It took over an hour to secure a room where I could attempt to get some rest, and by then, it was already 3 am. With a check-out time of 7 am, I barely had any time to recover from the ordeal. I want to emphasize that my complaint lies solely with the condition of the rooms. The staff was understanding and polite throughout, but the cleanliness standards were far below what one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. In the interest of transparency and the well-being of fellow travelers, I encourage you to think twice before booking a stay at Raviz Central Hotel. It pains me to write this review, but I believe it is crucial for others to be aware of the state of the accommodations.

Stopover on way to Europe
Convenient to train station just 6 or so stops from airport. Friendly attentive staff. Clean and well presented. Standard room needed a bit of maintenance but comfortable, upgraded to beautiful corner suite on way home - lovely. However no hot water in the morning on second stay. Breakfast good, starts being laid out from 7am. Train opens from 7am in case are needing to get back to the airport early.

Indian Hotel
This hotel is 100% Indian. The food, the people that work and stay at this hotel and all of the outside stores, environment. It felt like we were not in Dubai, it felt like we were in India. If this is in your liking, than you will enjoy. Personally, we struggled because we do not like this type of food. Also, the staff was not helpful at all. Could not even help us order a taxi. So if you want service, this is not the place. The pros of staying at this hotel is that you get a large room for the cheap price. So if you’re on a budget and don’t mind, this is the place for you. It is also close to glow garden which is 10 mins away and conveniently located in front of a hyper market and atms located all around.

Es ist zentral gelegen. Man hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Man ist sozusagen in der Mitte zwischen neu und alt Dubai. Das Essen in unserem Fall das Frühstück war nicht nach westlicher Richtung außerlegt. Da das Hotel bzw die Kette indisch ist muss man sich auf die gewürzten Speisen einlassen. Leider habe ich es nicht vertragen und lag zwei Tage außer Gefecht. Wie gesagt verträgt man es ist es okay. Wir hatten am dritten Tag einen ungebeten Gast im Zimmer. Es war eine Küchenschabe was ein no go für mich ist.Aber was soll es.

They stole my Apple Watch and when I told them I’ll report the incident to police they returned it to my room so I decided to leave the hotel because it’s not safe I have my laptop and other stuff in the room and I couldn’t sleep that night and the duty manager instead of apologizing for this bad thing happened they reject to give me refund for 5 nights still in my booking Really the worst hotel I ever seen in my life

We had received your complaint for the missing apple watch while you were at the hotel and we informed you that we had checked CCTV cameras and found that no one except the housekeeping had entered your room. Next day you had come yourself at reception and informed us that you found your Apple watch. At that time you asked for refund for your remaining nights. We are operating the hotel since last 7 years and we have never faced any such complaint in the past. Also the housekeeping associate cleaning your room has been working with us for more than an year and always receives high appreciations from all our guest. In act our staff had also received an increment in their salary last month. So we have no reason to believe what you are saying is correct. While investigating the matter we had also told you that if you are not satisfied with our investigation you can call the police and we would support the police in investigating the matter further. Classic Hotel very close to Burjuman shopping and metro. Small pool on top, with nice soft beds. Professional staff.

Very Greedy hotel. First they refused to cancel the booking just 5 minutes after booking then they charged nearly the same price for date change which is ridiculous. Even after that they never included breakfast in the price. Over all very bad experience.

The worse place ever I am chocked I was in Dubai but I felt like I was in the worse part of the world.. I have photos I will be posting... dirty sheets, dirty floor, stinky room, bad service, no parking onsite, water comes brown and gets yellowish out of the sink and the tub... dirty tub I will just let the photo and videos show what I went through... we got back in the car and drove around hotels and finally stayed at a beautiful property in business bay...

Disappointed..the bathroom was not properly cleaned. When i arrived, there was still hairs and stain on the tub..i could have found a better place for the same price...
