Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche im Rixos the palm. Service war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten ein Handy verloren und die Leute von der der Security haben 2 Tage geholfen es schlussendlich zu finden. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr gut. Die AI Getränke sind ok, leider sind Weine die man von der Karte nehmen möchte, absolut überteuert. Wir hatten die King Suite, das Zimmer ist absolut riesig, für Familien mit Teenagern sehr empfehlenswert, einziges Manko bei der Grösse, sowohl Elternbad als auch Kinderbad haben keine separate Toilette. (Meckern auf hohem Niveau, ich weiss) Alles in allem, waren wir sehr zufrieden.

The food was amazing, the hotel for me is one of the best remote locations. Everything is on site so there’s no hassle for families, the best of both worlds. We have been twice now with our family and we all love it. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic All-Inclusive Stay! Amazing amenities, great food, and exceptional hospitality. The kids club was brilliant also. Dining options were varied and delicious (à la carte restaurants Toro Loco, L’Olivo and Bodrum as well as the buffet on the main restaurant). The staff made us feel truly welcome. A perfect family getaway!

Overall, our experience was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. However, I can’t give the hotel a full 5-star rating because there were a few things that we felt could be improved. One of the main things we didn’t understand was the room service policy. Even though the hotel offers an Ultra All-Inclusive concept, room service comes with an additional charge. What was even more surprising was that the food delivered through room service seemed to be the same food available at the buffet, just with an extra fee. In my opinion, room service should be included, or at least offer something different from the buffet. On the positive side, the entire hotel was very clean and well maintained. There are plenty of activities and facilities for children, making it a very family-friendly resort. The Mexican and Italian restaurants were particularly good, and we really enjoyed the food and service there. The Wi-Fi was one of the weaker points. The signal and connection were not very reliable throughout the hotel, which could definitely be improved. Another area that could use some improvement is the entertainment. There was very little in terms of evening shows or organized entertainment. Apart from occasional DJs and activities like bingo, there wasn’t really much of a program for guests to enjoy. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would still recommend the hotel, especially for families with children.
