I've stayed at the Swiss 7 times in Dubai. Can't wait until they renovate all. It's one of the best hotels with amenities in the region and super convenient. Ordered a cab to Abu Dhabi and hotel staff member asked his friend who wanted to over charge me and wasn't driving safe. The staff also at the front desk have a really hard job and it's apparent when they are tired....

Firstly, you need to be very sure about which building it is as there are a few buildings in this establishment, one of it being the Swissotel. The main facilities and reception is at Swissotel. A buggy will bring you to the other building. Directions are also not very clear so the drivers were confused. Our building was G- Gardenia. It was a 3 bedded apartment. Pros: - very spacious living room and kitchen with dining. - common balcony for living room and one room -all rooms had attached bathrooms. There was another common one near the kitchen. -about 20 mins walk to Dubai mall. -there was a 24 hours big supermarket and pharmacy right below. -we were not facing the Burj and roads so it was quiet -cutleries and utensils were all provided -they have an in house nurse who came promptly followed by the doctor too. Cons: -house keeping was a disaster. Even though it was daily, they kept forgetting to change things like towels, bath mats. They forgot to give us water on a few days. -reception is not very friendly and helpful. When we asked about the forgotten water, they insisted that only 4 bottles would be given even if they are 6 guests. Ridiculous. -some mugs were chipped and cracked -no dish washing detergent and no laundry detergent -we had to wait forever for the buggy such that we rather walk - concierge not friendly. Asked for a taxi to the airport and the guy was unsure how to navigate the careem app. Their driver was not around. We were delayed because of that.

Room is very basic, needs a few personal touches + if it caters for 6 people why only 4 sets of cutlery & crockery ! Why only 2 chairs on the balcony !! Area outside towards to pools is looking tired, cracked/brocken tiles...my Grandson cut his leg on a tile & I cut my toe on broken tiles around the pool let alone hundreds of broken ones on the walkways.

Wir waren bereits zum 2. Mal da, weil das Hotel eine super Lage gegenüber der Dubai Mall und des Burj Khalifa hat. Wir hatten zu 3. eine große Wohnung mit toller Aussicht. Die Anlage (Garten mit 2 Pools) ist sehr gepflegt und groß. Es gibt nichts zu meckern, alle waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war auch super mit reichlich Auswahl (international, wenig lokales). Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid door het personeel. Wat tegenviel was het ontbijt. Door ruimte gebrek loop je elkaar tegen het lijf. Voor de rest prima verblijf gehad en super grote appartementen. Heel centraal gelegen.

It was just one night to break our flight to London . Unfortunately there was a bit of confusion on which building we were staying in . I would still recommend this hotel . This was the third time I had booked here

The apartments could use a little remodeling in one of their 3 towers. (Lavendar) is their oldest one it seems but not bad at all for the price. The hotel has a great location for dining and shopping. Only minutes walking to the Dubai Mall. They have an excellent English Pub called the Double Decker which serves even pork on their menu. Great food and good times to be had. Their Breakfast buffet is also great a little bit of everything.

We are the family of 6 with young kids. We got 2 bedroom apartment with 1 king bed and 2 sofa bed. It was plenty for us. The apartments are very big and comfortable. The staff was amazing as-well. The room service was done daily. There is AlMaya grocery store near-by which is pretty convenient.

Average stay at prime location

Apartments are quite large, the buffet had a good spread. The rooms were too cold, and the air conditioning was unable to warm up the rooms. Facilities were completely no-frill (no dental kits, no adapters) Surprised that this was an Accor property. Access cards were disabled at 12PM, this despite having requested for and the reception confirming a 1 hour extension. Abject lack of directions on the confirmation mail, took us ages to find the right building to find the apartments. Absolute chaos in communication between the building and main reception. Was being called upon repeatedly despite the reception being aware of a check out.
