I expected a 5 star and it was a 3 star. The whole 20th floor and our room smelled like cigarettes with plug in purifiers in the halls. No sound proofing so woke up to the prayers outside on the loud speakers at 5:30am everyday. The washing machine cord was duck taped to the ground around around the toilet in the powder room. The positives were the lobby was beautiful and concierge and check in staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.

From an American standpoint and someone that is very meticulous. I sent 5 of my adult children to Dubia ages 22-25 and from the moment they arrived they were in complete awe of the property! I received numerous videos and pictures of the lobby as well as the apartment and it superseded all online photos. My children were raised with the finer things and this was definitely on point. I can’t wait to visit.

The studio apartment condition doesn’t compare to the hotel which is well maintained. There was unpleasant smell from the beginning in the room and halls. Better to stay in the hotel rooms than apartments/ studios.

Old bathroom, no standing shower, sliding and dangerous bathtub to be used as a standing shower. After my complain, they switched me to another room but smaller than the executive apartment I had rented.

Have just stayed here for a week with my 2 boys aged 12 and 9 and also brought a second family too who have 3 boys aged 11, 9 and 6. The service is exceptional. This is my second time at this hotel and I cannot fault it. The breakfast is fantastic and caters for everyone. Mohammed Farid the assistant manager was welcoming and ensured our rooms were perfect for what we needed. The newly refurbished suites are beautiful and rooms are spacious. The view of the Burj from the room and the pool is insta worthy. Really would highly recommend the hotel . Its clean, spacious and the location is spot on with shuttles that run regularly. There are fab restaurants in the hotel but if you want a quick bite to eat there are 24/7 eateries right outside the hotel. Will be back for my third visit next year and be bringing more families to have the experience we have had!

Very good stay.
Excellent Stay. Fantastic hotel. The 3 bedroom residence is massive! And comfortable. However, like most of Dubai, very expensive. US$55 each for breakfast x 5 people! I didn’t like the hard sell for the Club upgrade package - they must be on commission or incentives to up sell these packages. There isn’t much in the area but some good takeout and a little grocery store next door. Expect to taxi everywhere.

Hotel is very good and nice. The apartment is very big for a family of 4 kids. I booked 2 rooms for me and the kids and it was very spacious for us. Apartment was very quiet and neat. It includes 3 clean bathrooms and a good kitchen. Matresses were very comfortable. Staff were very nice. They were very friendly to me and the kids. Anything the kids asked for, they get it immediately. Location of hotel is very nice. The street has many cafes and retuarants that open 24/7. You can go down and have a seat overlooking Burj Khalifa. The only negative is the breakfast. Seating area is small and not too many big tables are available for families. Some tables are close to eggs counter. You need to take another shower to get rid of frying smell. Also, food quality was average. I think the hotel could do better in it.

Nice overnighter
Very nice place with good service and facilities. Design are a bit oldishh but fine. We were only there one night - super check in and check out service. Extra kid bed on the room.
