The worst hotel ever I've been to really bad service couldn't sleep at night because of the high noise level from the pub and they threw things on the floor and slammed doors so you wake up so they can clean the room faster and the couples can't book anyone taxi to you you would walk on the street and wait for someone like a taxi that drives by dirty in the shower old furniture from the 60s bathtub was so old so this was a hole in the dan really disgusting feeling do not recommend at all you will regret it I promise

4* stars equivalent stay, was a good one.
Price was good, team was amazing, hotel was clean, swimming pool and Gym were both clean and good.. Gym was quite big compared to 3 and 4 stars hotels. I would definitely stay there again if I have a chance. One comment is only room size is average size.

Points positifs: Gentils fonctionnaires, prix restaurant et bar correct.. Points négatifs: Nous avons dû payer beaucoup de frais "extra" qui n'étaient pas inclus dans la réservation, beaucoup de bruit de musique la nuit parce qu'il y a plusieurs "discothèques" au rez-de-chaussée et une salle des fêtes au 5ème étage, espace piscine en rénovation, loin des transports en commun et franchement un peu loin du centre ville.. Je vous conseille de réserver un hôtel dans le quartier de la marina, car c'est là que tout se passe.

Price is not everything sometimes
The hotel is not in a very convenient location. Very hard to get a taxi. Most cabs dont know how to find the place or never heard of it. Hotel is very basic with not a lot going on. It's just cheap and that's why I chose it. In hindsight spending an extra 20$ for a better place would have been well worth it

The noise at this hotel was unbearable! The Bollywood bar had ridiculously loud music playing half the night, so it was impossible to sleep. There were also doors banging all night and people shouting in the corridors. Mattress and pillows hard and uncomfortable. No kettle in the room. Staff, however, were very kind and helpful.

This is a dirty hotel
Terrible and no recommend at all. Bed sheet and pillow sheet has a lot of hairs which seems somebody already used and no cleaned. I asked to chang to hotel, they didn't. Dirty and dirty hotel

It was an ok stay. The room was cleaned and custmer service was fine too. The hotel is close to cruise terminal but doesn't offer much in the area.

night staff at hotel were absolutley amazing very helpful polite. However They have a system where they only give towels if rooms cleaned. Also they give 1 small roll of tissue paper for toilet per room per day. The hotel has four clubs on weekends its open til late 3am the bass and music could be heard on fourth floor where we were. staff reluctant to have a word with the people running the clubs so we went down ourselves. Lots of. flies and ants in bathroom even though we were on fourth floor. water dripping from cieling tiles in bathroom. no tea or coffee or kettle in room. mini fridge not cold. No shuttle facility you have to rely on taxi.to get a taxi you have to walk to main road. Alot of taxi drivers dont know how to get to the front of hotel will drop you at rear. rear door access 8am-8pm. when room is cleaned put rubbish outside otherwise they dont take rubbish out of room. pool on rooftop closesearly. Overall not the best and misadvertised on expedia.

Overall good hotel. Just didnt like that they kept our passports overnight. They should passports back to guest after copying or scanning them right away.
