Check in was fine, although frustrating having to wait sit 1 hour after a long flight for a key. The apartment needs some renovations, areas are run down and generally worn. During our stay the smell from the en-suite became unbearable, management sent maintenance team who had to come back again the next day.. it was long and unpleasant being stuck in a space which smelled like a sewage plant! They maintenance team replaced something but the smell never left and we gave up asking management to do something… overall it was handled very poorly and has put me off using the company in future.
