Close to Dubai Mall

A variety of sights and shops within easy walking distance. Not much in 'cafe', but the Mall is nearby for meals. Pity the Metro is not more convenient. Took taxi to and from airport.

The one thing that stood out about this hotel if nothing else was the customer service I cannot rate this hotel any higher than I’ve rated them if I’m able to rate them 100 I would. From check-in to check out, the entire staff went above and beyond to help make our trip memorable. Rupa at the front desk was helpful in giving us tips on where to go and what to do. the 2 managers at the front desk, I don’t remember either names, but they were also beyond helpful. I know the hotel is going through some renovations and I look forward to return soon . Thank you all for making this a wonderful vacation.

The hotel is nice and clean. They have excellent breakfast included in the rate. There are surveillance cameras everywhere which provide good security. Things the hotel can improve on included 1. Provide quite time in the early hours. There is an ongoing costruction and noise every morning 2. They close the balcony around the pool around 10PM. Would be nice if they kept it open little longer.

A lovely hotel

A lovely hotel well situated. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are large and functional. We had an apartment which was beginning to look a little tired and needed redecorating but it was still in good condition. We would stay there again.

excellent location 10 min walk to dubai mall, very friendly and helpful staff. clean and classy hotel. very good breakfast. Love the pool. The gym was under renovation which was the biggest downfall for me.

I spent 4 nights there they were doing construction on the upper floor from morning 7am to until idk when because I would leave my room at 11am. I wouldn’t sleep all night or the morning because they have club and people raving there car so loud. Also the room service was bad. Complained 3-4 time all they had to offer was free ride to airport.

The pictures and reviews are deceiving. The hotel is well located, but the place is very old. We stayed in the 2BR suites, entrance is on the side in a weird street, staff was not pleasant, room was big, but really old. Do mot recommend

Sunday, Elsie, Caroline, Khin, Rizki and Wajid made my stay absolutely unforgettable. They were accommodating and helpful throughout my entire stay. There was no request that was not grantid and they went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.
