想被別人坐在你的行李箱上的人就在住吧
本身直到CHECK-OUT所有事都很好,但最後一個安排令人非常生氣。酒店早上10時是有shuttle bus載住客去mall of the emirates,需前一日到櫃台登記。我於搭乘前一日早上已到櫃台登記,並詢問了我們是帶同2個行李箱上車有沒有問題,職員說沒問題。翌日,我們是頭2個上車的人,行李在別的住客上車後才放在走廊上,並沒有佔用了任何座位。但就在客滿了的時候,司機突然再叫多2個住客上車,及叫他們坐在我們2個的行李箱上。因一切太快太突然,我來不及出聲,車己開出。第一,兩個行李箱都是我們的,你憑什麼叫別人坐在我們的箱上??而且事先完全沒有問過我們。第二,如果2名住客坐爆左我兩個行李箱,是否酒店會向我們作出賠償? 第三, 如果是酒店方面在預約時數錯人致最後兩名住客上不了shuttle bus,也應該是由酒店方面向該2名住客作出補償的安排,而不是叫住客坐上一架客滿的車的旅行箱上!!!這是何等的荒謬!!!我們完全是覺得被冒犯,一定不會再來!!!

Hotel ist sehr sauber und nett. Die Lage ist für einen Badeurlaub sehr gut. Um aber in die Stadt uu kommen benötigt man in die Stadt Uber oder Taxi. Das Hotel ist ein Welness bzw Retreat Hotel und bietet daher das ganze Jahr über keinen Alkohol an. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

While the location was nice, by the water, it was 30-40 minutes away from the town, quite isolated. Checkin process was not great, we had 4 rooms, they had us on different rooms, delivered the luggage of all 4 to a single room, and had us hunting around for them late at night when we were exhausted. I also tripped on their 2 inch high area rugs, and was told that I should've been wearing flats (instead of wedges) meanwhile 3 others in our party tripped over the same rugs. For the amount we paid, it was disappointing. The room ergonomics were off, awkward, making it hard to get around...too many light settings/buttons to push with small font on the labeling, making it hard to figure out how to operate the switches without glasses. The food in the buffet was superb, just about the only great thing there. Wouldn't really recommend this hotel for all the above reasons.

Poor housekeeping. Property was okay. People in the reception are very poor at communicating for what something is charged. I was about to miss my flight because of the check out delay. Use their water bottles carefully, my husband and I cut our fingers trying to open them.

Sehr tolles Hotel auf der Palme in Dubai! Mit überragendem Ausblick, himmlischen Service. Für jeden geeignet der Preis Leistung ein Sehr gutes Hotel sucht. I could not sleep due constant banging in the room next to my room and smell of cooking every morning in that same room that I was awakened by. I put on do not disturb and was still disturbed by hotel staff about cleaning the room. DND is just what it is DND! Restaurant food choices were very limited and the one thing I did order was under season and not tasty at all. We were harassed by the by the gift shop store employee inside of the hotel to try tea and by gifts after we said several times we were not interested he followed us outside to the pool area and continued to ask and afterwards we was approached by the female employee about getting henna done. At checkout I was told that I used the mini bar in my room and I never even touched anything from the mini bar. I noticed that after my room was clean the cleaning staff checked the refrigerator to see if anything was missing from the refrigerator because they never fully closed the door on the refrigerator. We had went to the supermarket and brought fresh fruit and water for our room because the mini bar items were over priced and the items looked like they haven’t been changed since they put them in the room.

The hotel staff were lovely. They are building a new hotel right in front of this hotel, so you could be facing a building site unless your room is on the other side. Nice and quiet hotel if you are looking for a relaxing break. Just to point out this hotel is on the palm so you need to get taxi’s everywhere you want to go if you want to get out and explore.

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht dafür zu sorgen, das man rundum zu Frieden ist. Hierbei allerdings die Empfehlung gerade am ersten Tag etwas langsamer alles zu erklären und einen nicht im Schnelldurchgang durch zu Jagen. Unser Zimmer war riesig und sehr schön. Itselleni tuli yllätyksenä, että hotellissa ei myydään alkoholijuomia. Mutta se ei ollut iso ongelma meille vaikka ruoan kanssa puna- tai valkoviiniä teki mieli ottaa välillä varsinkin kun lomalla oltiin. Isoin miinus on rakennustyömaa hotellin lähettyvillä ja ensin saatiin huone joiden ikkunat olivat juuri työmaata päin ja toki ensimmäisen yön jälkeen vaihdettiin toiseen huoneeseen. Muuten ei pahaa ole sanottavaa, henkilökunta todella avulias ja mukavaa. Omaa ranta on siisti ja rauhallinen. Sai viikon aikana nautittua montaa terveellistä tuorepuristettua mehua, smoothie ym. Hotelli on nimensä mukainen terveyteen keskittyvää :)

Beautiful hotel, great facilities. Food and drinks (smoothies, juices and detox drinks) made onsite were very tasty and refreshing. Note: there is no alchohol served here as it's based strongly on the health aspect. You can always pop to the hotel next door for alcohol if you're in need. Staff were brilliant and will go above and beyond to ensure you're stay is a great experience They do pay attention to your needs. The spa is also fantastic with very friendly staff.

Property is amazing located in palm Jumeira great amenities near by quiet place by the beach.. best for couples an adults.. if you want to enjoy what Dubai has to offer it is an amazing getaway place. Warm welcome with a personalized gift. Amazing pastry and coffee shop inside. Down size is they are building a new building in front of the hotel and can be noisy in the AM. If you get place in the backside of the hotel the view of the ocean and the island is amazing an peaceful.
