Everything is good but the WiFi service is disgusting. It got disconnected at times and low speed. I wonder if this is a national policy issue, because last hotel I stayed in Abu Dhabi also got low speed network. Thanks for efforts from staff at concierge Mai and Pretty to help me check in fast and arrangement for my stay.

First and foremost I had an amazing stay and the staff was fantastic. If this were a 4star hotel, I would review it with five stars. However, it's a five star hotel and thus im going to hold it to higher standards. Pros: The rooms were spotless and tidy. AC was above and beyond standard. Standard mini grocery store in hotel. Cold swimming pool. Timely room service. Good hotel gym and sauna. Modern furnishings. Huge room. Cons: -The bathtub and shower were small and felt cheap. Furthermore the sealant on the nozzle had completely failed and it was loose. -No fan in bathroom. -The jacuzzi was a little above room temperature every day I checked. -The kitchen was poorly stocked with equipment, had to go buy a mixing bowl for scambling eggs and only 3 plates were provided with no way to clean them. -Not enough towels provided and no face towels available. -Same few movies played repeat, after a week it got really old. -pool closed at 7pm -Universal outlet adapter provided did not fit a standard U.S. Laptop plug.

I enjoyed my stay here. I did a spa package and Puna did an amazing job. The front desk staff was very helpful and pleasant. Housekeeping came everyday to make sure my room was clean and that I had fresh towels.

I got there, tired and grumpy, but my mood soon changed as every interaction was very pleasant, professional and efficient in short order. I was distressing and enjoying the amenities. The property was five star throughout. Also happy with the price it’s not a convenient place for public transportation but it did work well having a car or taking a cab concierge was also very good to work with and well organized I can comfortably recommend the hotel.

When we went to check in the front staff said the system had gone down and they were unable to check us in and it would take about 20 mins. An hour later we insisted that they check us in manually. The room was decent but I found cockroaches in the bath and the kitchen sink faucet was extremely loose. The do not disturb sign was malfunctioning on the door and therefore cleaning never came to clean the room until I insisted on fresh towels on the 3rd day. For our week stay they only cleaned the room twice and only after I insisted they send someone up. It is quite far from downtown so you need a car. The free parking was excellent.

Reception staff was so rude
It was 7 days family trip and the start was really good. The location was not so convenient, but it was ok to take a taxi to go to those visiting spots. There was nothing much around the hotel like coffee shop, restaurants and etc. The room was clean and tidy. My parents were satisfied with almost everything. All the staffs were so kind and nice except one reception staff whose name was Anila(?) or Anita Indian lady. She was so rude and not helpful when I spoke to her about my problem. She seemed not to care about customer service. It was so unpleasant to talk to her. She ruined my 6 days good experience with the Vintage grand hotel on my last day. I had to come home with such unpleasant experience which was so bad.
