I'm in experience traveler, and I was really blown away by the property. The rooms are incredible. The bathrooms are insane. The staff is is totally on point. my only issue is the arrival area of the hotel. If anyone reads my comment will think I'm crazy to have said the above but trust me once you get in the hotel it's a totally different experience.

Brilliant hotel 10/10 faultless
Cannot fault the hotel at all, absolutely beautiful, paid for an upgrade to the suite and it was 100% worth it. Great location close by to metro, and little shops and cafes/restaurants if you want a quick bite. Hotel was modern, clean and staff was really top tier and I really mean some of the best in Dubai, special shout out to Imran. Next time in back in Dubai I will definitely be staying here again, the special honeymoon surprise was just another special thing. 10/10 and would recommend to everyone

Location is not for walking
Highlights Sleep and comfort. The bed and bedding were great and gave me great rest after hours of travel. Bathroom was specious and well staffed with toiletries and bathrobes, towels. Staff and Services were friendly and helpful during check in. Opportunities to improve The only thing that i noticed is that theTV console furniture had some food stains from the previous guest, it was out of sight from the bed so did not bug me that much. But I the housekeeping might need to pay more attention to details. Location is not convenient to the airport, the uber ride turned out to be expansive. I chose this location because of its proximity to Dubai Marina, but getting to the promenade nearly impossible on foot.

Exceeded our expectations
Central in JLT, short way to metro and the Dubai Marina. Lots of good restaurants in the area and two good pubs in the hotel. Service is brilliant. Breakfast was very varied and tasty and we looooved the coffee. The room was big and comfortable. We will recommend this hotel 100% and if we go back to Dubai, we will use this wonderful hotel.

Très bien situé, très propre, à à peine 10 minutes du métro à pied, 20 min de la marina. Pratique pour faire tout en métro ou tram. Plein de petits restos, commerces autour. Très bon accueil, et tout au long du séjour les personnels sont aux petits soins, discrets et compétents... Petit déjeuner très varié: salé, sucré, fruits, viennoiseries... Bonne organisation. Petite piscine à remous, piscine pr nager pas très grande mais assez car peu de monde et pataugeoire pour les petits... Le tout sous surveillance d un maître nageur... Courant d air quand on sort mais chaud... Un bar à côté de la piscine... Parfait pour boire un verre ou commander à manger... Belle chambre, ménage fait tous les jours par un simple affichage digital pour dire disponible. Lors d un soucis le personnel répond toujours présent rapidement.... N hésitez pas à y aller !!!! I simply LOVE this place! I've stayed there 3 times now and I don't regret it. It's a bit far from the airport but I don't care. The service and quality makes up for it. The staff is SO friendly and they actually remembered me whenever I came back to the hotel.

Very noisy hotel both inside room and at the balconies (much traffic and a really loud outside bar as part of the hotel), no new towels at evenings. The staff at the hotel was service minded and helpfull. Location not too good. I would pick another hotel next time.
